All orders placed on towabledeck.com are subject to processing time before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. We strive to process orders efficiently to minimize delays.

Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak seasons (such as early summer), processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. We do not offer processing for orders placed on hold due to payment verification issues; such orders will only begin processing once verification is complete.

Shipping Carriers and Methods

Shipping methods available at checkout may include ground shipping and, where available, expedited options for faster delivery. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. All shipments require a physical street address for delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. towabledeck.com cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
